For this reason, it has complied with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24\/2023 by establishing specific digital and analog channels <strong>that allow anyone who has a legal relationship with the company to submit confidential reports regarding violations covered by the decree.<\/strong><\/p><p>Reports are received and processed in accordance with the <strong>Regulation adopted by the Whistleblowing Manager<\/strong>, which can be consulted online in the section <a href=\"https:\/\/competent-bose.37-27-136-151.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1-Regolamento-Whistleblowing-Piccini1882.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u201cRegulation\u201d<\/strong><\/a> and in paper form on the company notice boards.<\/p><p>Reports can be submitted in three ways: <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">1.<\/span> By using the encrypted platform accessible via the button <a href=\"https:\/\/piccini1882.wbisweb.it\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u2018submit an internal report\u2019<\/strong><\/a>. The platform, managed by a third-party provider, ensures the confidentiality of personal data, the identity of the whistleblower, and the content of the reports, except where disclosure is required by law. Attached are the security measures, privacy notices, and user manual related to the platform. <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">2.<\/span> By using the paper form available for download <a href=\"https:\/\/competent-bose.37-27-136-151.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/3-modulo-segnalazione-cartacea.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a> and on company notice boards, in accordance with <strong>Article 10 of the Regulation.<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">3.<\/span> By making an oral report, in accordance with <strong>Article 11 of the Regulation.<\/strong><\/p><p>Submitting a confidential report under the \u201cwhistleblowing\u201d framework guarantees the whistleblower <strong>the confidentiality of their identity and access to the protections provided in case of retaliation<\/strong> under Legislative Decree No. 24\/2023, as specified in the Regulation.<\/p><p>These benefits do not apply to \u201cordinary reports\u201d (i.e., those not covered by the \u201cwhistleblowing\u201d framework). Therefore, <strong>whistleblowers are invited to explicitly specify that their report is made under the whistleblowing framework, in order to maintain confidentiality and access the protections against retaliation.<\/strong> On the platform, this preference can be indicated in the \u201cnotes\u201d section.<\/p><p>All reports received will be reviewed by the Whistleblowing Manager, an external professional who is autonomous, independent, and specifically trained in the field.
